SGWS are very pleased to welcome back Lindsay McNeill, who will give us a legal update. We meet at 2pm on the 10th October at the normal venue in RN145, West College Scotland.
Lindsay joined BTO as a newly qualified solicitor in 2012, moving to Pinsent Masons in 2016. She returned to BTO in March this year as an Associate. Prior to joining BTO, Lindsay trained as a solicitor with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) and worked on a number of high profile cases within the Proceeds of Crime Unit.
Lindsay has represented clients in a wide range of criminal proceedings. Most recently involved in the high profile Fatal Accident Inquiry into the death of a worker on the Queensferry Crossing, advising the bridge constructors throughout the Inquiry at Stirling Sheriff Court.
