On the 11th September, in our first session of the new programme, we welcome back Lindsay MacNeill of BTO Solicitors. Lindsay has presented several times and is very knowledgeable when discussing members questions. Joining BTO in 2012, Lindsay moved to Pinsent Masons in 2016, before returning to BTO in March 2018.
Lindsay trained as a solicitor with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) and worked on a number of high profile cases within the Proceeds of Crime Unit.
Lindsay has represented clients in a wide range of criminal proceedings including the high profile Fatal Accident Inquiry into the death of a worker on the Queensferry Crossing, advising the bridge constructors throughout the Inquiry at Stirling Sheriff Court
